Directions to Pedersen Apiaries: 13 km north of Junction of Hwy 40 & Hwy 21 S (Wilbert), 5 km west, 2 km north OR Turn at the Carruthers turnoff on Hwy 21 (between Hwy 16 & 40), 8 km east, 2km north.
Pedersen Apiaries is a business that thrives on ‘innovation’. A two day open house will take place on site at Pedersen Apiaries’ operation located near the Town of Cut Knife. Hourly guided tours will be available to the public showcasing energy conservation strategies and renewable energy. Visitors will be treated to sleigh rides (snow permitting) to visit the wind turbine site, as well as partake of some refreshment in the visitor centre.
